Survey Agent – Temporary

An exciting opportunity for the right individual to join an energetic and seasoned team, we are seeking qualified and professional individuals who can work from home. The Survey Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer and will conduct surveys, respond to all inquiries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.

Specific Duties

  • Make outbound calls to conduct surveys and provide information.
  • Respond to and resolve inbound phone inquiries in a professional and timely fashion. 
  • Manage large amount of outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Navigate computerized system to update database with responses from surveys conducted.
  • Reply to emails received by customers when necessary to achieve issue resolution. 


  • Computers: Basic knowledge of internet (tools & applications) and Windows OS, ability to navigate multiple applications both desktop and web based.
  • Typing/Keyboard Skills: 25 wpm.
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skill: Ability to speak English clearly and type grammatically correct sentences, articulate thought processes effectively, listens intently and comprehends accurately, has smooth flow of speech.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work as a team player.


High school Diploma or equivalent


1-2 years in Customer Service (preferred)


Ability to work from home – i.e. having reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM.
All applicants should be 18 years of age and possess a valid government ID
Able to work a floating schedule from 1:00pm to 12:00am EST
